Terms and Conditions
Please ensure all customer info is correct, we will not take liability for wrong shipping info.
Ensure all sizing info is correct before purchase as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that dont fit.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
3D File Policy
All 3D files are for personal use only.
Under no circumstances are the files to be resold or distributed to others. Prints shall not be sold that utilise files bought here. If you wish to be come a distributor of prints send us a message.
We do not take liability for files that:
- Do not work on your slicing software (All files are checked beforehand to ensure they work)
- Do not fit on your printer (Slicing is left to customers)
- Do not meet 501st criteria (Please see terms of service)

Shipping Policy
While we try to adhere to average production times listed, sometimes these may go over. This can be due to a number of external reasons outside of our control. Lead time is usually a week for kits and 3-4 weeks for finished products however this is subject to change. We will keep you updated on the status of your order if production time changes. We will not refund partially or in full for late orders.
Shipping prices vary from country to country so please request a quote once purchased.
Generally Helmets cost 40USD to ship world wide and Armour 90USD.
It is up to the customer to pay for any import or customs fees once docked in your country. We will not take responsibility for this.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy only for items that are incorrect from what you ordered. We do not accept returns for change of mind. We will refund you however if your order has not been shipped, however, a 10% surcharge applies.
Items must be returned in brand new condition. Any items that are damaged by customers before transit will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once items have been received back we will inspect the item condition and email you with approval of your refund
We do not refund if items do not fit correctly, please ensure you have read the descriptions of each item. If you are unsure feel free to ask us.
Under no circumstances will we refund purchases of 3D files.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that have arrived damaged however you will have to file a damage report with the post office. This will be done on a case by case basis so if you have any issues when your package arrives please contact us
